WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy policy

This policy describes this website and the difference between visiting it and speaking to a call provider.

Who we are

Desert AC Recharge (palmspringsacrecharge.com) is a referral and call-connection website. We are not an HVAC contractor. When you call the number on this site, your call is routed to an independent, third-party service provider, and we may be paid for that referral.

Website visits

The website has no inquiry forms, accounts or checkout. Hosting and network providers (including Cloudflare) may process IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate traffic measurement; this policy will be updated if advertising pixels or tracking cookies are ever added.

Telephone calls

Calls to the published number pass through a call-routing and call-tracking service. That service and the receiving provider may log your phone number, caller ID, call time, duration and general location, and calls may be recorded for quality, billing and dispute purposes. You may hear a recording notice; if you do not wish to be recorded, end the call.

Information you share on a call with a provider is handled under that provider's own privacy practices. Ask the provider about its identity, recording practice and data use before sharing personal details.

Sharing

Call data is shared with the call-routing service and the provider who receives the call so that the referral can be fulfilled and billed. We do not sell personal information for money. Call routing may be considered "sharing" under California law; see your rights below.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA may give you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, call the number on this site and ask for a website privacy request; requests about a provider's own call records should go to that provider.

External links and changes

Independent organizations control their linked websites and privacy practices. This policy may change if features or practices change; the current version is always on this page.
